  • About Us

    Meet Our Team!

    Kausar Ahmad

The founder of KNAECO, Kausar Ahmad, sees her role as a professional who is eager to facilitate the administrative, programmatic and financial transformation of a company or nonprofit by providing key resources, expertise, or even collaborations.

"I see the challenges in an organization or a company as one jigsaw puzzle. If one of the pieces of the puzzle is missing or does not fit - you will have to make sure you have all the right pieces in order to complete that puzzle otherwise it will be status quo," she commented.

Kausar pointed out that KNAECO is working on customized approaches for the small business owner and nonprofits so that the missing pieces that are contributing to the challenges are identified and resolved before the leadership moves forward towards funding, starting new projects, or expanding.

Her focus during the past five years has been on sustainability. She has been conducting dialogues with businesses and nonprofits on the environment, eco approaches to living, working, and supporting communities.
